Teacher Professional Development
Online and in-person opportunities for educators to learn and develop new lesson plans.
K-12 School Gallery Tours
School Gallery Tours invite students to observe, discuss, and explore various Japanese art forms and their rich historical backgrounds through seasonal exhibitions led by experienced museum educators and teaching artists.
K-12 Arts & Culture Workshops
Japan Society Arts and Culture Workshops introduce and connect students to the dynamic historic and contemporary culture of Japan through engaging workshops led by experienced teaching artists.
Junior Fellows Program
This 3-week culturally immersive program brings 10 selected U.S. high school students to Japan to meet with industry leaders, experience daily life with a host family and travel to historical sites.
Online Courses for Teens
Upcoming courses for teens include Japanese language learning and manga workshops.
