Held at Nikkei Hall, Nihon Keizai Shimbun Head Office, 1-9-5 Otemachi Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.

Traditional corporate social responsibility in the United States and Japan is being replaced by next-generation models that more effectively blend social value into the bottom line, as companies and non-profits realize that economic value and social value are two sides of the same coin. Rich opportunities for mutual learning exist between the business world and nonprofits. At the same time, nonprofits and social entrepreneurs in both countries are realizing the need to adopt the best practices of business to maximize their impact. This event brings American and Japanese social and business innovators together to explore this blending and how it will contribute to the creation of greater social value for everyone. Co-sponsored by Nikkei.
