Not Held at Japan Society – Japanese Music Day at The John P. Humes Japanese Stroll Garden

On Sunday, May 16 2004, the John P. Humes Japanese Stroll Garden will be hosting a day dedicated to traditional Japanese music.  The day will include performances of Shakuhachi (bamboo flute), Koto, etc.  Resident performers Cynthia Nyoen Chaffee, Gerard Senese, Hiroko Uraga Senese and Dan Soergel will be playing in the garden.


The garden will be open from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm.  Admission is $5 per person, children under 12 are free.
