During the first 30 minutes of our September 29th Nihongo Chat/Oshaberi Lounge meeting, we will have a special guest who will be performing Rakugo, a traditional Japanese performing art of comedic story-telling. Rakugo is the Edo-era equivalent of our modern day stand-up comedy.  Ryuraku San’yutei, will perform enchanting Rakugo stories in Japanese as well as English. Be sure not to miss this great opportunity hardly experienced outside of Japan! After the performance attendees will be able to practice their conversational skills with others.
