Run! Jump! Fly!—Dynamic Character Poses
Mondays, February 24—April 7, 5:30-6:30 PM ET (no class 3/31)
6 Sessions
Join us for this 6-session spring course to level up your drawings of manga characters. Students will sharpen their understanding of human anatomy as they sketch characters from hit series—as well as their own original creations—with special attention paid to complex and dynamic poses. Experienced artists will benefit from mastering this foundational skill, though beginners are welcome, too!
About Manga for Teens: Our manga courses for teens offer budding artists the chance to explore the rich world of Japan’s most popular cultural export in a group of like-minded peers and with guidance from professional artists. Students will get to draw characters from their favorite series and try a variety of popular styles, all while developing the fundamentals necessary to create original characters and manga with their own unique artistic voices.
Both complete beginners and experienced artists are welcome to enroll.
