Kiko (Qigong in Chinese) is a self-healing art that combines movement and meditation. Regular practice of Kiko is believed to prevent and treat illness, reduce stress, and integrate the body and mind. In this workshop led by Shuten Suzuki, Kiko master with 20 years of teaching experience in Japan, participants learn about and experience Kiko’s self-healing capacities and strengthening of one’s immune system based on special breathing techniques and use of ki (energy) developed by Mr. Suzuki.
Space is limited to 20. Advanced reservation is required. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes or gym clothes.
