Kabuki Dance Workshop in Nihon Buyo (Japanese Traditional Dance)

Experience the theatrical dance techniques of kabuki theater first-hand. Led by authorized master dancer Hanayagi Shifu, who has been performing nationally and internationally for over 50 years, this workshop focuses on the techniques, training and choreography of kabuki theater. Both sessions feature accompaniment and explanation of the shamisen by master player Tokiwazu Sanzo, named an Intangible Cultural Asset by the Japanese government.

Max 25 people. No dance experience necessary.
