Foley, in one of his first public appearances since returning from a four-year tour as Ambassador to Japan, shares his experiences and insights on the changing context of U.S.-Japan relations and what to expect in the future. A former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, he represented Washington State in Congress for 30 years.
