Coca-Cola is consumed the world over. In Japan alone, Coca-Cola currently markets more than 25 brands in approximately 200 flavors and packages. In this marketplace of trend-conscious consumers, the company has invented innovative products that speak to fashion and health needs as much as to traditional ideas of “taste.” From diet support/sports drinks to coffee and tea, the company’s Japan operation has revved up its product development and marketing with remarkable success. Hear from Coca-Cola’s senior leadership about the unique demands of the Japanese soft-drink market, as well as the company’s strategies in Asia and around the world.
