We’re pleased to invite our Giving Circle members to a private tour and auction preview led by Hua Zhou, Junior Specialist in Japanese and Korean Art at Christie’s New York. This sneak peek will highlight a group of exquisite netsuke from a European private collection that demonstrates the highest quality and aesthetics of this particular type of Edo object; a rare print of Hokusai’s famous Great Wave and his painting Carp; and a selection of modern Japanese prints, including works by Kawase Hasui, Yoshida Hiroshi and Kobayakawa Kiyoshi.
