Martin Sullivan was elected President and CEO of American International Group in March 2005.  He is just the third chief executive in the company’s eighty-six year history.  Mr. Sullivan joined AIG’s London office in 1971 and went on to hold numerous senior executive positions within the company.  Most recently he ran AIU, the company’s foreign general insurance operation, and was then appointed Vice Chairman and Co-Chief Operating Officer.  With his comprehensive experience within the company and industry, Mr. Sullivan now manages AIG’s complex insurance and financial service operations in over 130 countries and jurisdictions with over 92,000 employees.  Mr. Sullivan will share his vision for the future growth of AIG and discuss strategies to mitigate risk and meet the challenges of the insurance marketplace.

Admission: Corporate members are entitled to a designated number of free admissions to this event, based on their company’s current membership level. These reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event. Additional corporate registrants and Japan Society individual members at the Patron level and above pay the discounted corporate member rate of $45 for lunch and lecture, $10 for lecture only.  Nonmember admission: $65 for lunch and lecture, $15 lecture only.  The academic and government admission rate is $30 for the luncheon and $10 for lecture only.  When payment is required, prepayment must be made, or registration secured, with a credit card. All registrations and cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event. Substitutions are welcome.
