Sachiko Murakami is one of Japan’s best known celebrity domestic personalities. Her constant appearances on radio, television and her over 100 published cook-books make her a well recognized face in the media world.  She is a sought after lecturer, cook book author, registered dietitian, and a teacher of cooking classes for both adults and children. Sachiko is particularly known for her innovative, educational microwave cooking method which illustrate how traditional Japanese cuisine may be translated into microwave cooking.  Her microwave cooking technique demonstrate stewing, broiling, frying and
sautéing methods, such as rice pilaf, burgers, pot pie, and strawberry shortcake. All accomplished in simple, easy steps!!

This is the first time that Sachiko Murakami will demonstrate her innovative Japanese style cooking technique in New York City, using the healthy and very trendy Asian ingredient, Tofu. 
By using her methods, cooking Tofu has become even easier, tastier and better!
