Have you ever had the experience of going out, then feeling extremely sick? What if that happened during your trip in Japan? In this lesson of Waku Waku Japanese, Erin introduces how to tell a person how you are sick, and ask for help in Japanese.
My head hurts- Atama ga itai desu
My stomach hurts- Onaka ga itai desu
I feel like vomiting- Hakisoudesu/ Kimochi warui desu
Where is the hospital?- Byouin wa doko desuka?
Where is the pharmacy (drug store)?- Yakkyoku wa doko desuka?
Please call me an ambulance- Kyuukyuusha wo yonde kudasai
Please hail a cab- Takushii wo yonde kudasai
But it’s always good to stay home when you’re feeling a little bit under the weather. Take care of yourself! Okarada ni kiwotsukete kudasai!
