Universal Design Family Workshop

1 – 3 pm

This interactive workshop introduces the concept of design for all people and all ages to a younger audience. Children and their parents have the opportunity to handle a variety of tools and imagine their use in different settings. Led by Satoshi Nakagawa, principal of the Tokyo-based design firm Tripod Design, educator and the author of a textbook on Universal Design in Japanese.

Tickets: Limited to 40 children between the ages of 5 and 10. Free to children; accompanying parents, $10.
