Join chef Tadashi Ono of Matsuri restaurant and food writer Harris Salat, co-authors of a new, irresistible cookbook, The Japanese Grill, in a celebration of Japanese live-fire cooking. Ono and Salat explain how America’s obsession for grilling steaks, chops, chicken and fish marries perfectly with mouthwatering Japanese ingredients like miso, soy sauce and little-known yuzu kosho, a fiery yuzu citrus-chili condiment, and demonstrate a trio of simple, delectable marinades the audience can make themselves easily at home.

Followed by a tasting reception and book signing.
