Roundtable Discussion


The first in a series of discussions on terrorism and its impact on the U.S.-Japan Security Alliance. A private day-and-a-half roundtable discussion, which brought together experts in local and national government, emergency management, national security, academia and the media from both the U.S. and Japan.  Participants discussed methods of prevention, crisis and consequence management, and diplomatic and military reactions to a chemical or biological attack.
