Held at Sushi Zen’s new location, 108 West 44th Street.

Toshio Suzuki, the owner and chef at Sushi Zen, has been offering creatively prepared sushi in New York City since 1983. This demonstration and tasting led by Suzuki allows participants to observe his art of creating a wide variety of innovative Japanese cuisine, from traditional to avant-garde.
Space is limited to 20 guests. Members are requested to register for only one tasting, and may bring one guest.
