Elevate your palate as you discover an appreciation for the subtle flavors of sake and the cheeses that complement it best. At this intimate seated session, expert cheesemonger Martin Johnson will guide guests through a selection of fine sake and artisanal cheeses, offering fifteen carefully curated pairings.

Box Office Policy

Martin Johnson has been a cheesemonger in New York City since 1984. During that time he has worked at many of the leading retailers in the city including Dean and DeLuca and the Bedford Cheese Shop.
