Open Art (http://www.open-art.tv/) is more than a website, it is an archive, a distribution matrix, and a tireless promoter of short films. Founded in 1999, it has collected over 1,000 films, here is a selection of the best in last year’s animated films. Part of Nippon Connection Festival on Tour.
