Join Sachiyo Ito for a workshop to compose and link haiku to movement and walking meditation at the beautiful Dai Bosatsu Zen Monastery in Livingston Manor, New York.  Participants of every level will explore their creative and inner beings in this unique, communal experience.  Limited to 8 participants.
