Join Japanese-language students and native Japanese speakers at this informal gathering to practice Japanese and English! Anyone with some Japanese and English language experience is welcome to attend. 日本人の方、英語を勉強中の方、ふるってご参加ください!日本に興味のある人たちや日本語を勉強中の人たちと楽しく会話をしましょう。
For 30 minutes during our December 19th meeting, special guest Yoshiaki Ishizuka will perform Kendo (traditional Japanese-style fencing). He will also demonstrate different strikes and techniques using a bamboo sword. After the presentation, the regular Nihongo Chat activity will resume.
Admission: RSVP Required. $5 (cash only); free for university students with a valid student ID. Refreshments provided.
