Held at Cabanas at the Maritime Hotel (88 9th Avenue b/w 16th & 17th Street)

Join chef Tadashi Ono and food writer Harris Salat for a very special workshop on Japanese grilling techniques. From traditional yakitori to mouthwatering marinades and foolproof grilling techniques, participants will learn new and exciting approaches to live-fire cooking to impress grilling party guests all summer long.
