Cooking for an intimate party of two or entertaining a party of 20, creating recipes, or setting a décor that is elegant, yet simple and stylish requires a lot of attention. Harumi Kurihara, Japan’s domestic goddess, host of numerous TV shows and the author of bestselling cookbooks, and Daisy Martinez, host of Viva Daisy! on Food Network and a cookbook author, share a common passion in promoting the food diversity of their cultures. Karen Bussen, entertainment expert and author of the Simple Stunning series, often incorporates Japanese and Latin influences in her cooking and entertaining. In this program, Harumi, Daisy and Karen share their creative ideas and passion for introducing new dishes, and discuss how Japanese and Latin cuisine is influencing American homes.
