Speaker
Richard Katz, Senior Editor, The Oriental Economist

The good news about Japan is that it will reform its economy and return to a respectable growth rate of three percent or more. The bad news is that it will take Japan another 10 years of bumping along the bottom to get there and the Liberal Democratic Party may not survive the journey. So says Richard Katz, Senior Editor of The Oriental Economist and author of  Japanese Phoenix: The Long Road to Economic Revival. Mr. Katz’s previous book, Japan: The System That Soured, predicted Japan’s current travails. Join Mr. Katz as he draws on his new book to discuss the prospects for economic and political reform in Japan.

Includes continental breakfast and booksigning.
