Keiko Hirayama, Shiseido Fashion Director and award-winning Fashion Editor of Hanatsubaki, Shiseido’s legendary avant-garde magazine best-known for its coverage of cutting-edge designers, artists and photographers from around the world, discusses the little-known origins of the Tokyo fashion world and highlights the work of pioneering Japanese designers such as Yohji Yamamoto, Issey Miyake and Rei Kawakubo and their lasting influence and inspiration in the international fashion arena.
