Japan Society (New York), Japan Society of Boston and the Department of Architecture at MIT present a panel discussion with Takaharu Tezuka of Tezuka Architects in Tokyo and Hitoshi Abe of Atelier Hitoshi Abe in Sendai.  The discussion examines how the pursuit of technology, materials and aesthetics in contemporary architecture is influenced and inspired by traditional design methods. Clifford Pearson, senior editor at Architectural Record magazine, will moderate.
