Acclaimed painter Brice Marden, who has been a leading figure in contemporary art since the 1960’s, discusses the influence of Japanese traditional painting on American artists with Robert Storr, formerly Senior Curator in the department of painting and sculpture at The Museum of Modern Art in New York and currently the first Rosalie Solow Professor of Modern Art at the Institute of Fine Arts of New York University.
