Founded by Yoshito Hori, Globis Group comprises venture capital funds, business schools with some 8,700 students annually, an executive search company, and related organizations that nurture, educate and manage the next generation of Japanese business entrepreneurs. Mr. Hori discusses his unique entrepreneurial vision for Globis Group and will also describe the current private equity landscape in Japan and the successes that VC firms, both domestic and foreign, have had investing in Japan despite the lackluster performance of the domestic economy.
