Come and experience Japanese folk tales through kamishibai (kah-mee-she-bye), Japan’s traditional, dramatic storytelling techniques for children, which use large picture boards on a small stage. Participants will be introduced to the fascinating world of Japanese folktales and ghost stories. This program includes
hands-on activities for children and adults following the storytelling session.
Tickets: $10, Japan Society members & teachers $8, students & seniors $5. Children under 5, free.
