Join us for a family workshop grounded in Japan Society’s new exhibition, Kyohei Inukai, celebrating Japanese American artist Kyohei Inukai. Using inspiration from Inukai’s prints and paintings, a teaching artist will guide children to grow and develop their own ideas and designs using shapes, and then go on to print their own unique works of art! Afterwards, families are invited to explore the exhibition using a fun, self-guided activity sheet. Get ready to design, create and explore art with us at Japan Society!

Tickets: $10/$5 Japan Society members; children ages 2 and under free. Limited free tickets available for Cool Culture members. Advance ticket purchase required. Limited to 30 participants. Recommended for children ages 5-10 and accompanying adults. This event will be photographed.
