Michelle is a globally recognized expert on equality and organizational culture. Based on over a decade’s worth of research she believes that to tackle inequality we need to fix workplace cultures so that they work for everyone. This genuine dialogue will cover allyship, the impact of building bridges, and implementing action to accelerate equity.
