As part of the New York-Tokyo Music Festival, Japanese and American artist, DJs and producers explore the impact of digital technology and DJ culture on today’s musical innovators. The program also addresses the current creative interaction between cultures, and the similarities and differences between the American and Japanese music industries. Panelists include DJ Spooky, hip-hop DJ; Nobukazu Takemura, musician, DJ and producer; BoA, J-Pop singer; and Kumi Koda, J-Pop singer. Moderated by Archie Meguro, General Manager, Artist Development, Sony Music Entertainment (Japan).
