Returning to New York following their sold-out 2002 performances, Dairakudakan, the illustrious butoh company

under the artistic direction of Akaji Maro, debuts two U.S. premieres in the Kochuten series. Choreographed by

company members Atsuko Imai and Kumotaro Mukai, the new works are characteristically daring and dazzling. Celebrating its 30th anniversary, Dairakudakan will also appear at the American Dance Festival, Durham, NC.
