Sip sake and enjoy light Japanese snacks while gaining insights into Kojiki (Record of Ancient Matters), the oldest extant chronicle in Japan, and Man’yōshū (Collection of Ten Thousand Leaves), the oldest existing collection of Japanese poetry. Led by David Lurie, Associate Professor of Japanese History and Literature, Department of East Asian Languages and Cultures, Columbia University.
