Have the Abe administration’s three arrows hit their targets? Domestically, the economic contraction in the second quarter of 2014 and static wages and incomes have been seen as indicators of a lack of progress. However, how have these aggressive economic policies impacted the rest of Asia and the U.S.? From the impact of yen’s depreciation to Japanese capital outflows to emerging markets, in this program panelists discuss how the stimulated Japanese economy has affected Asia’s growth and Japan’s economic partnership with the U.S.
