What does the application process look like?

We work with Paychex, our HRIS system, to make the process as painless as possible. It should take you about 15 minutes to complete the application online, which basically consists of us asking for your contact information, an uploaded resume, and a short cover letter, mainly as a means for you to explain to the Hiring Manager (usually your potential future boss) why you are interested in Japan Society, our mission, and the role for which you are applying rather than as a painful additional step where you need to rehash the professional experience already listed on your resume.
