The United States and Japan are entering a new era of bilateral relations under the leadership of newly elected Shigeru Ishiba and the re-election of Donald J. Trump. In this one-hour session, Dr. Joshua W. Walker, President and CEO of Japan Society, will lead a discussion on results of the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election, as well as how the incoming administration will shape and transform U.S.-Japan relations. This evening’s conversation will be moderated by Claire Chino, Managing Executive Officer, ITOCHU Corporation.
