Keith Yamashita – Founder & Chairman, Stone Yamashita Partners

Keith Yamashita is fascinated by innovation in Asia. As the Chairman of Stone Yamashita Partners (SYP), he leads a 60-person change and innovation firm. Clients of the firm over the years have included the CEOs and leadership teams at Apple, eBay, Gap, Gap Inc., IBM, Johnson & Johnson, GE, Old Navy, Mercedes-Benz, Nike, PBS, The Coca-Cola Company, Target, Yahoo!, among others. And SYP has worked on turn-around efforts, leadership development programs, innovation initiatives, and culture-change efforts. In that capacity, he interviewed more than 70 Japanese CEOs, leaders, and cultural leaders. He’s lectured at the Yale School of Management, Stanford Business School and the Jack F. Welch Leadership Center (General Electric’s famed Crotonville Learning Center).
